Summer Wellness
Day Camp
A Nature-Based Mindfulness Camp for Kids (Ages 7-12)
Monday-Friday / 9:00am-3:00pm / August 10-14, 2026 / Kingston, WA
This August, I’m thrilled to offer an outdoor wellness day camp designed to help children slow down, connect with nature, explore creativity, and build lifelong tools for emotional regulation and self-awareness.
Held on our peaceful 2.5-acre property, this camp blends movement, mindfulness, herbal wisdom, hands-on creativity, and nourishing food in a joyful and supportive environment.
With a maximum of just 12 children, this experience is intentionally small to ensure connection, safety, and personalized attention.
This is more than a camp — it’s a week of embodied learning, confidence building, and playful connection to the natural world.

No. This camp is not affiliated with any religion or spiritual doctrine.
Practices such as yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing are offered in a completely secular, age-appropriate, and educational way. They are taught as tools for focus, emotional regulation, creativity, and connection to nature — not as religious or spiritual practices.
Children are never asked to adopt any beliefs. The focus is on wellbeing, self-awareness, and respect for nature in a way that is inclusive of all backgrounds and belief systems.
