Each week, for approximately one hour, we’ll work together to explore and release held tension, habitual patterns, and stress stored in your nervous system. Using a blend of somatic practices, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection to your physical, emotional, and energetic landscape. This isn’t therapy — it’s a guided journey to your own inner guidance, helping you uncover answers that already live within you.
