Nourishing Meals

You are invited to retreat—an opportunity to rest, be nourished, and reconnect.

These private retreats are offered in three different lengths, each designed to meet you where you are. Every retreat is grounded in attuned, one-on-one care, nervous-system awareness, and embodied nourishment. Each retreat is a different container of care, designed to meet you where you are and support your pace, so you can choose the length and depth that feels most supportive for you.

Come home to yourself in the embrace of nature and find renewal from the inside out.

Choose Your Container

  • A gentle, one-on-one day retreat devoted to rest, regulation, and being deeply cared for. This offering is ideal for those seeking a nourishing pause without an overnight commitment, and for anyone wanting a soft entry into retreat work through slowness, warmth, and attuned presence.

  • A quiet overnight retreat designed to support deeper settling and restoration. This container allows time to soften, exhale, and drop more fully into the body through unhurried care, shared meals, and rest held across an evening and morning.

  • An extended private retreat for those longing for spaciousness, integration, and a fuller unwinding of the nervous system. With multiple days held in continuity, this retreat offers the time and support needed for deeper rest, reflection, and embodied reconnection.

A Day of Nourishment

A private, one-on-one day retreat

A Day of Nourishment is a gentle, private retreat designed for deep rest, nervous system settling, and embodied care.

This one-on-one day is an invitation to slow down and be received — without effort, performance, or expectation. Rather than working toward change, we create the conditions for the body and system to soften naturally through attuned presence, warmth, and nourishment.

This retreat is especially supportive for those feeling depleted, overwhelmed, tender, or simply in need of care that feels quiet and grounded.

What This Day Offers

This private retreat unfolds at a slow, spacious pace and is guided entirely by your needs in the moment. The day includes:

  • Arrival & Orienting
A gentle landing into the space, with time to settle, orient, and establish a sense of safety and choice.

  • Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
A deeply receptive experience designed to support down-regulation and inner listening. Sound and meditation are offered as a supportive field, inviting rest and presence rather than effort.

  • Ayurvedic Meal
A nourishing, grounding meal prepared with care and eaten slowly — an embodied experience of being fed and supported.

  • Shirodhara
A traditional Ayurvedic therapy known for its profoundly calming effect on the nervous system. Warm oil is gently streamed over the forehead, inviting deep settling, rest, and integration. Time afterward is reserved for quiet rest.

  • Closing Integration
A soft completion of the day, allowing space for reflection and a gentle transition back into daily life.

Who This Retreat Is For

This offering is well suited for those who:

  • Prefer one-on-one care over group settings

  • Are seeking rest and regulation rather than intensive processing

  • Feel burned out, overstimulated, or disconnected from their bodies

  • Want a nourishing pause without an overnight commitment

No prior experience with meditation, somatic work, or Ayurveda is needed.

The Intention

This is not a day of fixing or striving.
It is a day of being held.

The transformation of A Day of Nourishment comes through attunement, slowness, and the felt experience of care.

A Gentle Immersion

A Private, one-on-one overnight retreat

A Gentle Immersion is a quiet, private overnight retreat designed to support deep settling, restoration, and embodied presence. This one-on-one container offers the gift of being held across an afternoon, evening, and morning, allowing the nervous system to soften and integrate in a way that is not possible within a single day.

This retreat is ideal for those who want more depth than a day retreat, but who are not seeking—or do not have the capacity for—a longer multi-night immersion.

The Experience

This retreat unfolds slowly and intentionally, guided by attunement rather than agenda. Arrival in the early afternoon allows the work to be unhurried, spacious, and deeply supportive of the body’s natural rhythms.

Your time together may include:

  • Arrival & Orienting
A gentle landing into the space, with time to settle, arrive, and establish a sense of safety, choice, and ease.

  • Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
Receptive practices offered upon arrival to support down-regulation, presence, and softening into the body.

  • Shirodhara
A traditional Ayurvedic therapy known for its profoundly calming and soothing effect on the nervous system. Time is reserved afterward for quiet rest and integration.

  • Nourishing Dinner
A thoughtfully prepared Ayurvedic meal, shared unhurriedly as an embodied experience of nourishment and care.

  • Overnight Rest
The simple but powerful experience of sleeping within a held container, allowing the work of the day to settle naturally.

  • Morning Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
A gentle morning practice to support integration, clarity, and a soft re-entry into wakefulness.

  • Nourishing Breakfast & Closing Integration
A grounding meal and closing reflection to support completion and transition back into daily life.

Who This Retreat Is For

A Gentle Immersion may be especially supportive if you:

  • Are longing for deeper rest and nervous system settling

  • Feel ready for an overnight retreat, but not a longer immersion

  • Prefer private, one-on-one care

  • Want to be held in a quiet, unhurried way without intensive processing

No prior experience with retreat work, meditation, or Ayurveda is required.

The Intention

This retreat is not about pushing for insight or change.
It is about creating the conditions for the body and nervous system to exhale.

Held across an afternoon, evening, and morning, A Gentle Immersion allows what softens to gently integrate—so you leave feeling steadier, resourced, and more at home in yourself.
